Settlement

When an auction is finished, anyone can settle it.

This is usually done by either the collector or the lister.

You can find the "Settle Auction" button on the right-hand side of the screen.

Once the auction is settled, the ETH will be sent to the lister's wallet, and the NFT will be transferred to the collector's wallet
